| Services we provide include: |
| Landscape Design - We have many years of experiential learning in the field of Landscaping, but a little formal training can be a great thing, so Maureen went back to school and got a Landscape Design Certificate from NHTI. What she learned has become invaluable, and has made us better at what we do. Designs and Plans are all part of a process. That process starts with the landowner and what they want and need. We then apply our knowledge and experience, and through a series of consultations arrive at a plan.We can then go forward to get any needed approvals. |
| Installations - We install walls, patios, walks, lawns, gardens, plants, and complete landscapes. For installations of lighting, irrigation, water features, and any work that state law requires a licensed contractor to complete we bring in appropriately certified individuals to work with us. |
| Renovations - Taking an existing landscape or garden and renovating it is a skill in itself. Really it is an art. It requires the entire planning process to be applied, with an additional process being introduced: Pre-assessment. What is existing? What can you use? What needs to be removed? What is the drainage like, the soil, and what other conditions need correcting? A good renovation can be more rewarding and productive than a completely new installation. |
| Property Management - We can take care of your property at any time of the year. If we don't have the capacity, license, or expertise to do the work satisfactorily ourselves we will oversee the professionals that have the ability to do so. This could be on-going management, a small repair, or a large project that needs managing. We can help you with yard work, mowing, gardening, plowing-snow removal, painting, carpentry, home repairs, property checks, and much more. |
