ABOUT US
|
John and Maureen Chiarella are Lake Sunapee Landscaping and Property Management. We work for a limited number of clients each year. We are intentionally keeping our business small, so we can provide the quality and personalized service that our customers have come to expect. This approach reflects the small town values that have kept us living in the Lake Sunapee region . We enjoy doing landscaping and property management, love working outdoors, and thrive on the creative aspects of our work. That seems to show in our finished product. We get a great sense of satisfaction from doing the best job possible. Work to us is about relationships, satisfaction, and quality. Our goal is to make your property a joy for you, and a source of pride for us.

Landscaping - Maureen has a Certificate in Landscape design, and has over 30 years of experience in the field. John has been working with Maureen for about 15 years. |
| |
| Property Services - Management of projects and businesses combined with many years in various aspects of the construction industry, and building of their own home has made the Chiarella's very effective and experienced property managers. This aspect of the business has grown to the point where it is now the main focus of the business, and encompases every skill that we have learned over the years. |

Painting - John started house painting when he graduated from Keene State College in 1987. This job allowed him to spend half the year coaching and teaching Cross Country Skiing. Back then Maureen helped out when taking time off from her job as a Physical Education Teacher. We still do some painting for our long time customers, but much of this work now is done by our former painting business partner. You will not find better quality work. |

| Trails - Maureen and John have always been outdoor enthusiasts, and their first date was a night time mountain bike ride. Trail hiking, running, riding, and skiing have been their main forms of recreation since they met. They both volunteered to do trail work as teens, and had jobs in outdoor recreation and Nordic Skiing, including owning and managing Touring Centers, where trail design and building was a major focus. They still work for Dexter's Inn Trails as trail builders, groomers, and the trail crew. |
